hi, my name is wes
and I create things with code — mainly websites. I was raised in the beautiful city of Nashville, Tenn., and earned a degree in English at The University of Georgia in Athens (an awesome place if you've never been). Following college I moved back to Nashville to pursue my dream of becoming a professional musician. But after a few years of trying to make it as a rock bassist in a country music city, I decided to pursue a more stable line of work.
Intrigued by the ways of the web, I decided to attend The Creative Circus in Atlanta to study interactive web development and make a career out of it. After graduating from The Circus, I was offered a position with an awesome interactive agency called BFG Interactive.
I am currently a front end web developer with BFGi. In my spare time I am also available for freelance projects. If you like what you see here and would like to collaborate on an interactive web based project, please feel free to contact me.
